Fechser Family History
For more than 300 years, the Fechsers lived in Weikersheim, a medieval town in the Tauber River Valley. The first Fechser came to America in 1853 as a Latter-day Saint immigrant, settling in Mt. Pleasant Utah. Today, very few people still bear this surname in Germany. The family in America is small, but growing, with descendants in Utah, Nevada, California and several other states. This site is dedicated to discovering and sharing the family history of Fechsers
